Edward Dennis Fogell is the Artistic Director of The Chicago Actors Studio and has a vast resume of training, experiences, plus extensive film, stage and commercial/industrial credits. He founded CAS over 20 years ago to accommodate the needs of actors-in-training that are clearly not available in the midwestern region of the US. Going incredibly far beyond the training one receives at the school. A highly supportive structure for acting students, not just while enrolled at the school but equally and maybe even more importantly, after they venture out there, to make their own mark in the performing arts industry. This school has seen countless students go on to highly successful professional careers of their own, in all aspects of showbiz. from actors, writers, to directors, producers and yes,some have become acting teachers and even casting agents themselves Workshops are taught in several levels. Beginning, Intermediate, and Advanced levels.
