GILBRANDO ACEVEDO Occupation: Actor, Health & Fitness Specialist, Philosopher Hello: my name is Gilbrando Acevedo, (MS in Exercise Science, NASM, CES, CSCS, CPR certified, BA Political Science and Philosophy) I am an actor by choice, a philosopher by passion and a health and fitness specialist by profession with over 10 years experience training men and women to achieve their health and fitness goals. Borrowing from Bruce Lee's Jeet Kune Do total body conditioning concepts (PHA system training), Mike Mentzer's rational approach to muscular development (for those clients interested in maximum hypertrophy), the NASM systematic approach, and my experience as a natural body building competitor and dancer, my approach is methodical, integrative, creative, dynamic, specific and fun. My goal is to create functional bodies that are beautiful, streamlined, and balanced, enhancing self image actualization, self awareness and a zest for life! All and all my life is one of "Philosophy, Art & Fitness," and the glory belongs to reason, and when all is said and done I will be all that I have made of myself, and not what they have made of me.
