Jan 23, 2012 - If you're just starting, you need to do full body. Not something too drastic. 40 minutes tops really is what I recommend. After 6 months to a year, you might wanna' rev it up a little. A full body circuit like I use to do would like about 2 hours. I did that for a month to hit plateaus in all directions. PEACEOUT HOMIE! - SZ

Jan 28, 2012 - I used to do that b4 when i trained at home but found that i worked out more intensely w/shoes on. It would really suck however if one of those dumbbells happen to drop on you're toe! Ouch!

Feb 6, 2012 - if you want to get the full stretch of the chest on the incline BP, get a spotter lower the barbell until it touches your neck
