Nov 8, 2011 - Last set you could tell that was burning. I usually do a side raise/front raise combo for a finisher but i'm def gonna try this out.

Nov 8, 2011 - Yes, I have been doing 15-lbers for both stages, but that was just too easy the first set. Next bump up is 35's so I had to get my nuts in line and man up.
