Doing extra-heavy swings today with my homemade t-handle (check out instructions here: http://www.davedraper.com/pmwiki/pmwiki.php?n=PmWiki.T-Handle). These REALLY hammered my glutes and upper back after deadlifts. I supersetted them with 40kg single-arm floor presses. The implement is 5 pounds and I put 7 25lbs. plates on it for a total of 180 pounds. I think my form here is great, considering the weight. I need to keep my neck better aligned at the bottom, though, and there's a slight lean backward at the top I need to eliminate as well.
