Been eating pretty sloppily this last week and my body fought back today. I just felt crappy the whole session and made some adjustments to make it through ended up working pretty well too. Deads 225x2 315x2 405x2 add belt 495x1 615x3x2 615x6 Bench close grip 225x5 245x5 285x4 305x3x2 325x2 switch grip out 325x2 325x3 no arch bodybuilder bench 225x20 Deads Round 2: 225x1 315x1 405x20 Hammer strength rows 4 plates per side 10x3 Bent over rear laterals 25x10x4 Calves despite the feeling of ickiness training is starting to narrow down to competition stuff. I'm eliminating most of the no belt work and will be starting to get into some heavier weights in the next few weeks. Should be an exciting road to the emerald!

Feb 22, 2012 - I usually go by feel and wait until I'm ready, today I was pressed for time so I had to cut the time to about 2 minutes between sets

Feb 23, 2012 - Very nice training, your bench was your weak pont but now it seems there is no weakness. those deadlifts looked very easy, must of been 615 x 8 there maybe an ugly 9. looking forward to seeing 800 raw in the near future.
