Feb 21, 2012 - I do dropsets when I don't make my goals... eg. 40#s by 10 reps. if I choke at 8 or 9, i put it down, and do dropsets until it's all hammered out. Cook it! easier to do with dumbbells or cables. barbells, takes too much fiddling to unload weights.
