Mar 1, 2012 - I do the same exercise lui, except i do these before squats thinking of changing them to after squats.

Mar 1, 2012 - i think this exercise is the best for a "finisher"...it kills the legs..i actually feel different if i dont do them...gets a nice pump on the legs! keep it up lui great inspiration! :D

Mar 2, 2012 - yeah my ass is hella sore after heavy squats, i think it all depends on personal anatomy.

Mar 3, 2012 - I don't think its got to do with anatomy. I think its got more to do with going to a proper depth then actively pushing your hips forwards. Before i started doing that my ass didn't really get used during squats.
