Sep 2, 2010 - HIT forever, i never ever trusted it would work but it did. it has proven to be much better than the wastefull days i have spent doing 5 day per week , or even twice a day program .....hit clearly has a better outcome to me at least ( been at it while shifting programs for over 7 months now so far so good), + it gives you a chance and time to focus on other things besides bodybuilding. which sounds balanced.
