May 2, 2012 - If you are really interested in removing the lower stomach fat, here are three things you can isolate for the next month. When you have this discipline, let me know and I will provide more info: 1) remove dairy after breakfast, 2) drink a full glass of water before each meal, 3) begin supplementing more vitamin c into your daily meals.

May 2, 2012 - Oh I do, but about once a week. And usually I don't go for the really calorie rich stuff every week, but just eat stuff that isn't exactly healthy. If I'm trying to achieve a goal, I usually don't eat any junk food.

May 17, 2012 - Here's my personal philosophy: It is best to think that you are not sacrificing anything. Because, the word 'sacrifice' adds a little stress on our mind. And, in the long run that little amount of stress can snowball. We've been long conditioned to think that anything sweet tastes good. Therefore, we must try to change our mindset by thinking that anything sweet does not taste good, and that it is bad for us. When we have this mindset avoiding anything sweet is not a 'sacrifice' but a 'duty.
