Feb 25, 2012 - Just fooled around with Serge Nubret's shoulder workout this morning.... 6 sets of 12 behind neck barbell presses 6 sets of 12 alternate front raises 6 sets of 12 upright rows 6 sets of 12 per side of this exercise and added 6 sets of 12 of trap bar shrugs All with 1 min rest except for the lying laterals where I just kept alternating sides with no rest.
