Good for you! :-) But what's the deal with the vinegar water? That's not on her program, is it? Do you just pour it in water and drink?

Mar 20, 2012 - PS if the 4 days of no training is hard, remember you don't have to do them all in a row. Like, you can split your training up: Monday day 1, rest Tuesday, Wednesday day 2 rest Thursday, Friday day 3, rest Saturday, then start again on Monday.

Mar 21, 2012 - I'm not exactly sure how many grams of protein is in each one, but whatever protein powder you have you can just divide it by how many bars you have and you'll be able to figure it out : ) I think it's around 5? Thank you! being prepared really helps me stay focused and on track. The vinegar water isn't on her program. I started using it to help burn fat and boost metabolism and it helped clear my skin almost immediately so that is why I'm still taking it.

Mar 21, 2012 - I just pour a little in the bottom of a glass, fill it with water and chug : ) I try to do it at least 3 times a day (before meals) but recently it's been more like 2.

Mar 21, 2012 - I actually saw this recommendation on someone's facebook and I wish I had thought of it! I would have totally broken it up like that. Luckily I'm almost on phase 3 so I only have 1 rest day but thank you for the tip! If I re-do the program I'll definitely be doing that

May 8, 2012 - At the time I believe I used Dymatize Elite Whey Protein Isolate but they killed my stomach. I haven't made them since but I want to try making them with the brown rice protein powder that I have now and see how my stomach reacts : ) Any protein powder will be fine though. They're suppppppper yummy too
