On a Monday and Wednesday evening we host group sessions of up to 6 clients and put them through a workout together. This Monday we focused on a system called 8x8, created by bodybuildng legend, Vince Gironda. We modified the workout so we could alternate upper and lower body exercises to increase fat loss. This workout calls for doing an exercise for 8 reps x 8 sets with just 30s rest between sets and up to 6 exercises completed! Here is a sample of what the guys and girls were put through.
