Feb 22, 2012 - lol i almost snapped some shit up on the veins on one of my bicep workout today, took quite some time (less than 20 mins) for it to heal, always better to let it heal than when u feel like a vein is gonna pop or snap. always listen to ur body. Overall Though workout today! And that was the first time i had that "vein popping comming up"

Feb 22, 2012 - Hey Lui, Thanks for the video! I thought I was the only one that had elbow pain when I did skull crushers. Started keeping my elbows closer now and BAM! Started doing skull crushers again, i'll have to try out decline after watching this vid.

Feb 22, 2012 - hey bro i used to get REALLY bad elbow pain with a lot of exercises, i started to take a tablet called "Glucosamine" its over the counter drug quite cheap but without it i get some, not a lot but some elbow pain, you've probably heard of it anyway thought i'd let you know =)
